Regulatory functions
1. To supervise legal persons carrying on regulated business in the Isle of Man, including depository institutions, investment businesses, collective investment scheme services, trust services and cash transfer services, insurance and funds.
2. Promote the development of regulatory bodies
3. Investigate individuals or organizations that violate the "Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing" Act

How to formally submit a complaint:
1. The complainant must have a direct interest in the complaint incident, and anonymous complaints will not be accepted;
2. The formal complaint must be in writing and specify that it is a formal complaint;
3. The complainant first lodges an oral complaint, and if the Isle of Man FSC needs further investigation, the complainant will be required to submit a written complaint;

Processing flow:
1. Investigation by senior staff unrelated to this complaint;
2. The Isle of Man FSC will confirm receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and complete the investigation of the complaint within 4 weeks. If not completed, the complainant will be informed of the progress of the review and when the investigation will be completed;
3. After the investigation, the Isle of Man FSC will send a report to the complainant, explaining whether the complaint has been handled and the measures to be taken. If the complaint is rejected, it will also inform the reason;

1. The complainant must have a direct interest in the complaint incident
2. The complaint cannot be related to a formal decision by an independent appeal mechanism
3. Complaints may be initiated in the event of a failure to make a decision, gross negligence, unreasonable delay, or disproportionate proportions, improper administrative arrangements, excessive restrictions, unfair or unreasonable compensation
4. Complaints can be initiated in the event of breach of confidentiality, destruction of property, or dissatisfaction with the attitude of employees
