The Financial and Consumer Services Board of New Brunswick (FCNB) administers and enforces provincial legislation,
Mainly oversees the following sectors: securities, insurance, pensions, credit unions, trust and loan companies, cooperatives and other consumer legislation.
We are an independent crown company established by the provincial government on July 1, 2013. Operating funds come from regulatory fees and evaluation funds from regulatory authorities.
Vision: To create a dynamic, regulated consumer market
Mission: To protect consumer rights and enhance public confidence by regulating consumer financial markets and popularizing educational services.
